Aditi Patil is a young professional studying the STEM field. She founded XX Coders, a nonprofit organization dedicated to changing the face of coding by closing the gender and racial gap in the field.Aditi is an avid researcher, writer, volunteer, and more. She is highly active in community service and outreach. She was the STEM Editor of her high school newspaper and she has conducted research in summer programs at Yale and Columbia.
